A shared board with local focus

The whole team sees the same live board, but each person can work from My Work and Mission Mode. Mission Mode uses the person’s capacity, due dates, priority, estimate, blocked state, and staleness to suggest a day rather than assuming everyone has the same working hours.

That split matters remotely: the team has one source of truth, while individuals retain a practical view of what they can finish next.

Boundaries for distributed collaboration

A project can be visible to the workspace, private, or limited to named members. Workspace roles and project roles are checked on the server, so a restricted project does not become public just because someone knows its URL.

Tarsen is not a chat, video-conferencing, or employee-monitoring tool. It is the place to make work and decisions legible between conversations.

When a larger suite may be better

Choose a broader platform if you need org-wide reporting, resource planning, formal time zones and staffing controls, or a suite that combines documents, chat, CRM, and project management under one administration layer.
